Pride Month Kickoff Party

Eureka Heights

Kick off Pride Month at the Rainbow Market at Eureka Heights Brewery on Thursday, May 30th, organized by the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce. Members will be showcasing their products and you'll be able to get your Pride gear and get ready to get all rainbowed up! The Market will open at 5:00 p.m. with a variety of retail products - from Pride T-shirts and hats to fans, candles, baked goods and just about everything else. Starting at 7:00 p.m., the monthly DRAG BINGO returns to Eureka Heights with the reigning Miss Gay America and proud Chamber member Dessie Love-Blake. There are some great packages from the local sports teams celebrating Pride Nights in June (Houston Dash, Houston Dynamo, Houston Astros and Sugar Land Space Cowboys) and lots more BINGO prizes to win! Houstonians have made Station Improv & Sketch Comedy Theater (Summer Street Studios, Studio 2219, Crockett St., #C2) their home for long-form improv and sketch comedy shows and training for over a decade. Grace Place’s Big Queer Quiz

Back for a third year, Grace Place invites all to join in on some friendly competition at the “Big Queer Quiz.” Happening at local brewery Bad Astronaut, the event will feature Pride-themed trivia, an exciting raffle, beer from multiple local breweries, and more! The event is free, but a donation is suggested to benefit the youth and young adults of all genders and sexualities that the organization works with year-round.

Rainbow on the Green

Get ready for some family-friendly fun in Downtown Houston! Discovery Green’s annual Pride event, Rainbow on the Green, will feature live performances by local artists Z’maji Glamouratti & the Lone Star Discoteq. The party takes place at the Anheuser-Busch Stage from 7pm to 10pm and will also feature some of Houston’s favorite pop star impersonators.

The O.G. Pride organization of Houston, Pride Houston 365, will celebrate its 46th year with its own festival and parade through the streets of Houston. With over 500,000 sq ft of space, the festival will host hundreds of members of the community before the streets are lined with adoring allies and LGBTQ+ folks for a parade to be remembered.
