Chamber Holiday Food & Supply Drive by Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber Foundation

This holiday season, the Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber Foundation invites all to come together to support our community! On Thursday, November 21, the Chamber is hosting its annual Holiday Food & Supply Drive to benefit Tony's Place—a vital resource for LGBTQ+ homeless youth and one of our nonprofit members. There are two locations and opportunities to give and all details can be found on the Chamber’s Facebook page and website!
Drag Me Into Thanksgiving at Hotel Lucine
November 22 - November 23
This Thanksgiving, Hotel Lucine is serving up more than just turkey. All are invited to “Drag Me Into Thanksgiving,” a two-night-drag-extravaganza at Hotel Lucine in Galveston featuring four performances by the talented Tammie Brown, Louisianna Purchase, and Bubu (Bul¡m¡anne Rhapsody). The lineup starts Friday, November 22 with Louisianna Purchase and Bubu performing at 7pm and 9pm, with an appearance by local drag queen Chachie Pedraza Van Wales. Then, on Saturday, November 23, RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Tammie Brown will perform at 7pm and 9pm. All shows are free & open to all, so grab your dollar bills and head to the island to give thanks!
Green Mountain Energy Ice at Discovery Green
Houston’s biggest outdoor ice skating experience returns to Discovery Green this holiday season! Glide beneath the glittering lights of downtown Houston and discover the holiday magic on Green Mountain Energy Ice. Tickets are available online only and should be purchased before paying for parking. New this year, buckle up for Bumper Cars on Ice! Available from Monday, January 6 to Sunday, January 19, Bumper Cars on Ice is a fun take on two childhood favorites that are perfect for embracing your inner child this holiday season!
Holiday in the Gardens by Moody Gardens

Make the yuletide gay in Galveston! Enjoy a festive stroll along this mile-long trail featuring more than two million lights and lighted scenes themed to holiday music that take you around the Moody Gardens property with spectacular views of Galveston Bay. Stops along the way bring you to see Star the Dancing Tree of Light, concession areas, hot chocolate, fireside s'mores and other festive foods, mistletoe, and plenty of photo opportunities! A “Leather & Lace” Christmas Story at Ripcord

Haus of Gingerbread benefitting Grace Place

Join Grace Place for festive fun and fierce competition for a cause on Saturday, December 7 at 5 PM benefiting the youth of Grace Place.
