After a three-year hiatus, Houston’s annual Bunnies on the Bayou celebration comes hoppin’ back to the Bayou City. This year’s celebration will take place outdoors at Sesquicentennial Park in downtown Houston on April 17 at 1 p.m. with general admission tickets available for $65.

This Easter party features drinks, DJs Dan Slater and Tracy Young, and a day to mingle and help raise money for great causes at the largest outdoor party in Texas. Additionally, different Houston LGBT organizations will have booths available for you to learn more information about how they are helping the community. And, with the price of admission, you can drink your way around the party for free no else; How bad can that be?

Bunnies on the Bayou is not just a party, it is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the raising and distributing of funds for various charitable, educational and cultural programs that seek to improve and promote awareness of human rights in the local LGBT community. This makes this 43-year-old party not just a good time, but a way to give back to the community. Also, you can donate money or there are multiple volunteer opportunities available for those looking to be more hands-on.

Strap on your bunny ears and prepare for an Easter unlike any other!
