The Gordy, a 66,850 square foot three-theatre campus is nestled on the outskirts of Montrose as a venue built to entertain Houston and its visitors.
Performance spaces described as intimate include a black box, stage arena and thrust stage. The Gordy is the newest home for Stages Repertory Theatre, which has been around since 1978. In addition to the performances spaces, The Gordy also acts as meeting space, an event venue, and a workspace. The space seats more than 600, a full service bar and grassy outdoor area.
