Sticky's Chicken

2313 Edwards St. | Houston, TX 77077

The Houston Heights is home to Sticky’s Chicken, a food-truck-turned-restaurant serving an array of chicken coated with mouth-watering sauces.

Some fan favorites include chicken over rice, “Sticky’s sticks,” wings, nuggets and sliders. There are also Japanese-style fried chicken katsu, burgers, tacos and burritos on the menu. Guests can pair their chicken dishes with wine and beer, including beer on tap from Buffalo Bayou Brewing Co.

The 1,500 square-foot restaurant seats roughly 30 guests with fast-casual service in a sleekly designed space hosting two 65-inch flat-screen televisions. The restaurant started in 2014 as a food truck run by brother and sister duo Patsy and Benson Vivares. The Heights brick-and-mortar location opened in late 2019.
