Roots is a self-serve wine concept in the East End that is reimagining the wine tasting experience through its rotating collection of 56 wines available via fully automated wine dispensing machines in one-, three- and five-ounce pours. Roots’ food program, characterized as seasonally driven, farm-to-table New American cuisine, includes its standard menu, which spans small plates and main course options, and dedicated brunch and happy hour menus. In addition to food and self-serve wine, Roots has a robust retail program with approximately 100 different wines available for purchase.
