Uptown Park is home to Merus Grill, the first of its name in the restaurants owned by J. Alexander’s Holdings, Inc. The seafood and steakhouse serves a variety of classics that frequenters of the J. Alexander’s eateries will recognize as well as some fresh dishes whipped up specifically for this concept.
Start with fire grilled artichokes or avocado bomb and then delve into a perfectly cooked New York Strip complete with mac and cheese. Seafood lovers can enjoy a redfish czarina sauce or an ahi tuna filet. The dragon salad features beef with noodles, mango, avocado, peanuts and mint in a red chili vinaigrette. Burgers and fries are, of course, on the menu for anyone looking for a traditional Texas meal, and housemade desserts vary by the day.
The 7,900-square-foot restaurant seats 200 in a sophisticated atmosphere with private booths perfect for a date night or evening out with friends.
