Luchi & Joey's

Luchi and Joey’s culinary journey began in Chiapas, Mexico, where each gained an early appreciation for fresh, home made foods. Eventually, the couple made the leap from Mexico to Houston, going on to launch a taco venture in the Downtown tunnels and later, expanding with a brick and mortar outpost in West Houston.

Located at the corner of Kirkwood Road and Memorial Drive, Luchi and Joey's turns out a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu full of creatively-executed Mexican in a casually-cool setting. Inside, the counter-service restaurant promises morning favorites like chorizo and egg tacos, breakfast burritos and a yogurt bar, before turning its attention to lunch and dinner service. Take a cue from regulars and give the beef-filled Pirata a try or the 1810, which comes loaded with grilled beef and chorizo, cheese, onions and cilantro. Have a party coming up? Luchi & Joey’s taco truck is available for special events.

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday.
