Originally built in 1975, the hotel underwent a major $30.4 million expansion and renovation in 2019. This project added the five-story Centennial Tower, featuring 70 guest rooms, bringing the total number of rooms to 150. The renovation also upgraded the existing rooms in the eight-story Legacy Tower, ensuring modern comfort throughout. The last major milestone before this expansion occurred in April 2010 when the hotel reopened after a $12.5 million renovation, solidifying its reputation as a premier hospitality destination.
