House made beer, upscale pub bites, and craft cocktails are a winning combo at Gristworkz in Northside Houston, just blocks away from Downtown Houston. Gristworkz offers a wide variety of beer styles ranging from light beers like their Lightwerk Kolsch, to classic IPA’s like their Hardy Hop, to dark beers like their American Stout Gurl Dinner. They have some experimental beers such as their brazberry (blueberry & raspberry) Hot Boi blond ale. Not the biggest fan of beer? They have cider, wine, and seltzer on draft as well. 
 
Their menu has all the classics such as cheeseburgers, nachos, and pepperoni pizza. They also keep their offering fresh by rotating a pizza of the week, custom burger options, a smoked turkey sandwich and their popular pork Banh Mi. They have happy hour Monday through Friday from open till 6 pm, and all day Thursday with select $8 cocktails, $5 bites, and $3 beers. Brunch is available Saturday and Sunday along with specials throughout the week. Steak Night on Wednesdays is a MUST TRY! 
 
Not in the mood for beer? Gristworkz has you covered. They offer a full bar and cocktail menu. Classics like a Margarita and Old Fashioneds are available on happy hour but their team of bartenders can make just about any classic cocktail that you would find at other bars and restaurants in the city. Their top seller is the Paloma for its very Instagram-worthy grapefruit garnish. Perfect for a night out alone, date night, or for groups of any size. Gristworkz has something for everyone.
