French expats Florelle and Rabih Salibi brought a little piece of Paris across the pond with the July 2015 opening of Flo Paris. The Galleria-area space promises authentic traditional baguette sandwiches, crepes and pastries in a casually-industrial-style space.
Inside, exposed ducts and stainless steel pendant lights mix with industrial shelving and polished concrete floors, while red and white seating, potted plants and images of Paris add personality to the space. Once inside, customers are able to peruse imported products as they wait their turn at the counter-service concept. Behind the display glass, guests will find a tempting array of made-from-scratch desserts like macarons, eclairs and tarts, as well as croissants, quiches and baguette sandwiches. Don’t miss the chocolate mousse cake.
Flo Paris is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
