Head on over to the downtown food hall “where Houston gathers,” Finn Hall. At more than 20,000 sq. ft., Finn Hall assumes the space of the city’s iconic art deco tower, previously home to JPMorgan Chase in the heart of Downtown Houston. The concept is named for the architect of the old bank building, Alfred C. Finn, who was well-known in Texas as a leader in the art deco style.
Families, groups, co-workers and the lunch crowd can enjoy a variety of eats in the bright and open space, which has unique looks for each eatery. Walk upstairs to the mezzanine level and visitors will find a sophisticated retreat at the lounge and second bar area. The art deco-themed cocktail lounge, named Swallow’s Nest, has tufted booths and tables all around. There, visitors can cozy up to specialty and craft cocktails, wine, and order any menu from downstairs. A server just brings it right up to the table.
Finn Hall is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
