Fancy's

Fancy’s is a cocktail lounge defined by sound, not spectacle. Located in Houston’s River Oaks, the space draws from Prohibition-era discretion and 1990s cultural nostalgia to create a third space between fine dining and club culture—one inspired by the intimacy and conviviality of a fancy dinner party. Each night unfolds as a different gathering, shaped by its own distinct sonic experience.

The first collaborative venture from David Anderson and Mikos Adams—partners in the vinyl-centric Downtown bar Off the Record—and acclaimed producer DJ Mr. Rogers, Fancy’s reflects the trio’s shared mission to fill a gap in Houston’s hospitality scene: creating intentional spaces that prioritize atmosphere, connection, and sound. The experience is supported by classic cocktails, modern shared plates created by Chef Dominick Lee, and intimate design—elements that move seamlessly with the rhythm of the night.
