Brought to life by the team at MAKE Investments, this intimate gem is shaking up Houston’s bar scene with a globetrotting cocktail menu in jaw-dropping environs. You can sip your way from Japan to the Caribbean in one sitting—think lychee, saffron, praline, tiramisu, and other international flavor notes mingling across the always-evolving cocktail menu.
“We’re thrilled this three-year vision has finally come to fruition,” says Mayur Desai, co-founder of MAKE Investments. “Our hope is that De Fortune takes patrons on a sensory journey of discovery with captivating flavors and visuals that reflect the increasingly sophisticated surroundings of this dynamic neighborhood.”
Designed by Houston-based Gin Design Group, the space is a visual escape—a moody jewel box with herringbone floors, lush greenery, and a glowing bar wrapped in iridescent Azul quartzite. Cheers!
