Clark's Oyster Bar - Houston

Clark’s Houston, the largest spot in their popular oyster bar and seafood restaurant chain, is located in a cool, former auto shop in the lively Montrose neighborhood, close to The Menil Collection and Museum District. Since opening in Fall 2023, Clark’s has been serving up freshly shucked oysters, crudo, lobster rolls, daily fish specials, caviar with blini, chowder, cioppino, and a well-loved burger with shoestring fries. They’re also known for their martinis, signature cocktails, and extensive Champagne and wine list. The space is light and airy with a nautical theme, featuring a centerpiece fish tank, teak wood furniture, and a fresh color palette of white, blue, and turquoise. There’s a marble-topped oyster bar and a dining room, plus a spacious covered patio perfect for people-watching and enjoying oysters. Clark’s Houston also has a semi-private dining room for special occasions and events.
