Inside the luxurious The Post Oak Hotel in Uptown Houston, Bloom & Bee invites diners to fresh, locally inspired dishes in a gorgeous setting. The restaurant at Houston Rockets owner and famed restaurateur Tillman Fertitta’s newest development is reminiscent of a lush garden filled with beautiful flowers, including blown glass blooms that hang from the dining room’s ceiling.
Natural light floods the pastel colored dining room where diners can enjoy a menu of hearty handmade pastas, light salads, entrees like Maine lobster with hand-rolled potato gnocchi, seasonal mushroom risotto and Gulf snapper served with a light potato leek cake, and beautiful desserts. Bloom & Bee also has an elegant outdoor patio where diners can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
A small but thoughtful cocktail list includes riffs on classics, including an Uptown Old Fashioned, Grapefruit Collins and Hibiscus Margarita. Bloom & Bee is only one of nine restaurants in Houston to receive the AAA-Four Diamond award.
Bloom & Bee is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., on Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and on Sundays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
