Architecture Center Houston (ArCH)
Architecture Center Houston (ArCH) is the home of the Houston Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and the Architecture Center Houston Foundation. The 5,000-square-foot space includes a gallery for rotating architecture-related exhibits. Past exhibitions have included Ready Set Go! Houston Stage Designers, Endangered Modern: The Real Story and Houston's 50 Favorite Buildings.
The center is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
ArCH also leads weekend walking tours of some of Houston's most interesting neighborhoods.
ArCH's goal is to promote awareness, understanding, and appreciation of the ways in which architecture and urban design influence and enhance the quality of life in Houston.
