American Express Centurion Lounge

A pair of bold blue doors marks the entrance to American Express’s posh Centurion Lounge. The 8,500-square-foot lounge is located in Bush Intercontinental Airport’s Terminal D and is a welcome retreat for travelers looking for a quiet workspace and bite to eat.

Beyond the blue doors, guests will find noise-buffering workspaces, ample power outlets, a private shower, family room and quiet spaces.  Like other Centurion locations, visitors will find a complimentary full bar and a dining area where they can enjoy a locally-inspired, but globally-influenced menu created by James Beard Award-winning Chef Justin Yu of Houston’s popular Oxheart restaurant.

Entry into the Centurion Lounge is complimentary for customers with an American Express Centurion Card, American Express Platinum Card or Business Platinum Card. Other American Express cardholders can access the lounge with a $50 co-pay.  

The lounge is open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
