Station Theater - Improv & Sketch Comedy

2219 Crockett Street | #C2 | Houston, TX 77007
Memorial Park/Washington Corridor

The Station Theater is a long-form improv and sketch comedy theater company.

Formed originally as The New Movement, the group took on the Station name in fall 2012 with a renewed focus on the aspects of the local comedy and arts scenes that are uniquely Houston.

The Station’s primary form is improv, which involves a troupe of comedians creating a half-hour of completely improvised original scenes that have never been performed or rehearsed before. The group also does sketch and stand-up comedy.

Live weekly shows happen at the performance space on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. In addition to its performances, Station also has a comedy conservatory that offers improv and comedy training classes.
