With over 30 varietals, everyone will have a chance to create their own blends based on their palate. After creating a wine of their choice, guests can bottle the blend and create a custom label on site. Despite having lots of wine options, Sable Gate's menu makes sure visitors don't feel lost looking at the wine list. Each wine is broken down by region, type and varietal, so if you know you like Cabernet Sauvignon, you can easily find it on the menu. Of course, their knowledgeable staff can help guide you through their options.

Feeling a bit hungry? Let Sable Gate pair your wine choice with one of their delicious small plates. Enjoy hummus and fresh pita chips or Chef Scottie's secret recipe for tomato soup. There are also flat breads with toppings like mozzarella, agrula, bacon and even a Mexitalian flatbread with chorizo. When there's great wine, there must be great cheese and charcuterie. Sable Gate's list of cheeses and charcuterie do not disappoint. Manchego, Fontina, Havarti, Brie and more can be served with a variety of cured meats like Genoa Salami, Capocollo, Sopressata.
