Niko Niko's - Market Square

Gyro lovers on the go have a place to snag savory kabobs, hummus and authentic Greek fare at Niko Niko’s Market Square outpost. The local institution—which first opened in Montrose more than 30 years ago—added a sidewalk-style kiosk to the park in late summer 2010.
 
The cozy, 375-square-foot location—reminiscent of the original walk-up window that helped launch Niko Niko’s—offers a pared-down version of the restaurant’s classic menu with an emphasis on to-go foods—perfect for picnics in the park or lunch desk-side. There are also breakfast selections, European café-style coffee and espresso items, as well as a beer and wine selection.
 
Niko Niko’s joins other H-Town favorites and Market Square tenants like Treebeards, Les Givral’s Kahve and Hearsay Gastro Lounge.
