Not far from The Galleria, inside the luxurious newly renovated Fiori Spa, lies a charming rooftop bistro called Ivy Bar & Bistro perfect for lunch with friends. The space has French inspired furnishings, outdoor rooftop seating and an impressive crystal bar where you can order tasty craft cocktails. Come nighttime, the charming bistro turns into a lively lounge where visitors can enjoy cocktails and move to the music of live DJs late into the night.
On the menu, guests will find charcuterie boards, soups, salads, and paninis. Try the chicken pesto panini or the Hippie Chick pizza, a vegan pizza that’ll please even the carnivores. Prepared on a cauliflower crust, the pizza is topped with arugula, onion, soy sausage and soy mozzarella. To end your meal on a sweet note, order from the restaurant’s gelato. Tea and coffee are also on the menu if all you want is a quick bite with a friend – perhaps after that lovely spa treatment?
On Thursday and Saturday nights, the bistro turns into a fun lounge where you can enjoy craft cocktails and dance the night away to music by live DJs. On Sundays, the restaurant hosts a jazz brunch between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. with live music starting at 11 a.m.
Ivy Bar & Bistro is open Monday to Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Thursday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
