Nearly 50 years after launching in San Francisco’s SoMa district, California’s funky Hamburger Mary’s has added on a Houston outpost. Set in Montrose, the LGBT-friendly restaurant offers fabulous family dining while also serving as a bar/entertainment venue at night.
With locations throughout the U.S., Hamburger Mary’s is known for its sassy combination of food, drinks and lively party scene. At the Houston location, fans will find a few unique additions including breakfast, Tex-Mex menu items and flatbreads that pay homage to the Golden Girls—the Sophia (pepperoni), wild Blanche (Hawaiian), Italian Dorothy (pesto) and Northern Rose (cheese). Fans can expect a mix of regular performances including the Dining with the Divas show, an Allusions show and Sunday’s Broadway Brunch.
Hamburger Mary’s is open Tuesday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
