Flying Biscuit Café
Atlanta-based breakfast chain, Flying Biscuit Café, opened its doors in Memorial City offering a casual spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Focusing on a Southern-inspired menu full of comfort foods and fresh ingredients, the café remains famous for its grits and biscuits. From the award-winning shrimp and grits, to biscuit pot pie and oven fried chicken or turkey pot roast, it’s impossible not to crave the home cooking options. However, there are always breakfast classics like steak and eggs, eggs benedict, French toast and pancakes for the traditional breakfast eater. For anyone wanting lunch or dinner, you can order appetizers like fried green tomatoes or pimiento cheese to name a few. Further, chicken salad, BLT salad, cheeseburger topped with a fried egg or a chicken club are on the menu. Additionally, there is a children’s menu complete with breakfast favorites, chicken quesadilla or mac and cheese.
Despite being a chain restaurant with 18 locations, Flying Biscuit Café focuses on the community that surrounds each of its restaurants. Their goal is to support volunteer and fundraising efforts and make donations to local organizations in the Houston area.
