Brooks Bassler has expanded his Cajun concept, BB’s Tex-Orleans, yet again. Set along Eldridge Parkway in West Houston, the Energy Corridor location continues the company’s legacy of offering Gulf Coast cuisine and New Orleans-inspired fare with a Texas twist.



Find it just south of Memorial Drive, where the 3,200-square-foot open-concept spot features a full bar, several TVs and an expansive patio, perfect for catching the day’s game. Dig into one of 15 different po’boy varieties, as well as wallet-friendly Cajun favorites like Bubba Lump salad, boudin balls and gumbo.
